Branding

I made a logo.
Other than the hints at the two primary letters, the field and diagonal stripes are taken from the Scottish flag, a part of my background.
I was thinking of shelling out $325 to register the trademark with the USPTO, but you have to do it separately for each industry you intend to do business in. I think I'll use the oldschool trick of sending it to myself by registered mail, to get an official sealed datestamp of when I claimed the brand. Having this website helps too, but that's more mutable. For the record (such as it is), I hereby assert the trademark of "Hutchkraft" for the following industries:
- automotive
- architecture/construction
- aircraft
- furniture/cabinetry
- industrial design
I could end up using it for digital pursuits, but those aren't really my focus and don't fit the brand so well.
